   1 This is the Debian-packaged version of VideoLink.  It is not part of
   2 the Debian system itself because it requires an MPEG-2 video encoder
   3 and Debian cannot distribute these due to patent threats.

  11    libraries licenced under the GNU LGPL without exercising the option to

  15    included you must ensure that the documentation retains the notice that
  16    "this software is based in part on the work of the Independent JPEG
  17    Group", or else remove the code contained in jquant2.c to which that
  18    notice applies.
