   1 Call spumux.
   2 Disable scrollbars (not sure how how to do this).
   3 Call dvdauthor.
   4 May need to override default menu navigation actions because dvdauthor
   5 seems to cause rather undesirable behaviour when buttons are not
   6 arranged in a grid.
